We make every effort to be on time for your appointment 

and we thank you  for being on time, too.   

Please call ahead to make an appointment for your dog and/or cat.  We will see emergencies during regular business hours.
 

If you must change your appointment, please do so within 24

hours of your scheduled appointment.  
 

Please allow 40 to 60 minutes for all procedures and discussions.

  

When 2 appointments have been missed without being cancelled, there will be a charge for an exam to any major credit card before 

a 3rd appointment will be scheduled.
